I'm from Zephyrhills Florida. SSA has been deducting medicare from my disability every month for 16 months. Medicaid had also been paying my monthly premiums. SSA owes me all those deductions they took from me. Nobody can tell me how to get it back. This is rediculous, I'm on disability I can't work. Di I have to get a lawyer. I need my money you took from me. I'm homeless , I need my money refunded. Nobody cares. Please refund me the money you took

This agency and the unprofessional people that are employed by it are a disgrace to this country and the people they are supposed to serve. Federal employees have gone to hell in a hand basket and have the poorest work ethic of any workforce these days. Clean house from the top down! And teach your new staff essential people skills and either stop blaming the phone system or get a new one. You have enough of our money to do so. Send me the back pay you’ve stolen under fraudulent pretenses!

I am resident of Philadelphia Germantown District. My benefits was terminated because SSA did make any effort to respond to my request. There is not accountability, the participants have to adhere to policy but the federal government workers are going rogue. The pandemic has cease to exist and they are still providing ineffective services. I am so sorry that I needed SSA to live.

I would like to report the poor representation of the social security office How the people that are hired show no empathy know compassion to others they speak to people rudely not fully explaining answers to your questions They rush you off the phone nobody sends the same or correct forms out but quick to terminate people that really need the service I was told it didn’t matter that I had names dates & times of whom I spoke to It is just noted all the calls I made & form they sent & calls are not monitored I would Love that to happen just to show who is representing the social security office how human being are being mistreated just to frustrate people into giving up for there benefits It’s terrible
