Home visits to pregnant and postpartum women and families with a nurse or social worker facilitates access to health care, health education, and practical support. The HBP offers 4 core programs: Teen Parent Empowerment Program, Home Visitation/Family Support Program, Developing Dads and Confident Parenting. Additional services include pregnancy testing and family planning counseling, risk assessment and case management services, job training, GED Classes, a monthly book club for parents, childbirth classes free immunizations for infants, toddlers and adults. Services are free and participants can register on site.
