The Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative works to create a healthy socioeconomic environment through which each child and family in the Far Southeast community has opportunities to achieve maximum potential and lead a productive life. They offer assistance with case management, crisis intervention, parenting empowerment, housing assistance, community referrals, and links to youth activities. Families should call to set up an intake appointment.
