I kid you not, I was literally bullied by one of the doctors when I was first admitted to CPEP. He laughed at me, called me a loose cannon, and made hand motions at me to indicate that I was crazy. Being at CPEP made my mental state worse than better. Avoid this place, PIW is significantly better.
