Community Connections provides comprehensive mental health services to children, youth, families and adult s in the District of Columbia and Montgomery County, Maryland, including individualized treatment planning, network resource development, community support services, in home and/or office based counseling, psycho-educational training and support and crisis services. They are also able to assist with applying for Section 8 Vouchers and accessing affordable housing.
