Provides 24 hour transitional program for unoccupied individuals funded thru the VA thru our 85 Bed facility. All programs provides intensive case management services. Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP ) provides career counseling, customized job development, resume building, job placement and transportation assistance. Supportive Services for Veteran Families provides Rapid Rehousing assistance, security deposit , moving assistance, security deposit and transportation, PH program provides affordable housing to eligible Veterans . Call of Duty Initiative provides job Placement into managerial and mid level management position.
